Lightpainting Workshop
My lightpainting photography workshop operates in south and mid Wales for individuals and small groups. The workshop will operate in the early evening and late night.
Itinerary
A lightpainting workshop typically comprises 1 hour of tuition over a coffee. Here you will learn the essentials of night photography in a nearby cafe – such as camera settings, focus techniques, composition tips, and how to post-process your images afterwards.
Next, some sunset and low light shooting, and finally the main event once it’s dark enough – 3 hours of shooting with the “Pixelstick” lightpainting tool. Using the techniques learned earlier that day, you will be able to compose beautiful and creative photos.

Weather
A successful night photography workshop relies on the weather. If the forecast for our location is poor on the day of the workshop, we can reschedule it for another mutually convenient date or we can stick to using sheltered locations in a town or city.
